“The Best a Bee Can Make”

Harry's Honey House is a locally owned, operated, produced, and packed honey supplier in Cambridge, New York.

Our real, local honey

  • Raw Wildflower Honey

The best a bee can make! This solid honey is unfiltered and unheated, with trace pieces of beeswax, pollen, and propolis. It is bottled in September straight from the extractor and crystallizes over time - a sign of very pure honey! Best eaten as-is. To re-liquify it, simply place the jar in warm water.

Available in 16 and 32-ounce jars.

  • Creamed Honey

Gently heated, filtered and blended until creamy and spreadable. No dripping or running! Use on toast, pancakes, icing, peanut butter and honey sandwiches, or add garlic, mustard or herbs for yummy honey spreads.

    Available in 16-ounce jars.

  • Wildflower Honey

Gently heated and filtered pourable honey. Honey naturally crystallizes and depends on moisture, variety, and temperature. We use just enough heat to make it a beautiful thick golden liquid, while retaining all natural compounds. Honey is composed mainly of natural sugars and water, with trace enzymes, trace minerals, vitamins, and amino acids.

Available in 16, 32, and 80-ounce jars, and 12-ounce honey bears.

Honey produced as the bees intended

The hard-working bees of the farm are the heart of the operation, and my goal is to keep the golden harvest just as the bees made it.

By not pasteurizing and not pressure-filtering the honey stays as close to the bees’ original food as possible!

Because the honey is minimally processed, it’s packed as needed to limit crystallization. I believe this is better for the honey and the people.
